Today’s Sounkyo
“Fresh green” season has come.
Seeing from route 39, gorge is turning to green color many place.
Long long winter finished, spring has come.
And we got a lot of snow in May this year.
But Now is sprin , flesh green spring.

The picture is excrement of brown bear.
That is old, but bear may eat Japanese butterbur.

I found this not so far, very close to forest road.
Be careful when picking wild plants.
I found brown bear’s excrement many times and very close village.

Now they walk around to find foods very close village.

When taking a walk in a woods, I met “Sciurus vulgaris orientis”.
I followed him with my eyes, I lost sight of him.

But I got him!!!!
He just hid behind the leaves.
He became a tree.

It is obvious.
I lighted its funny style.
But it feels warm inside when going field and seeing nature,

Shall we go out from crowded space and take a deep breath to refresh?

This month’s cover is “Lepus timidus ainu in molting season”
She dashed at the field.

And more, very cute “Aegithalos caudatus” is making his nest.
“Loxia curvirostra” is very difficult to find.

As the temperature is rising, snow is melting quickly.
At a glance, snow covered areas are decreasing, we can see a lot of mountain surfaces.
But amount of snow at 7th station of Mt,Kuodake is more than last year’s.
It depends on climate, this year will have a lot of snow left in summer.
