Last report we said “this weekend will be nice to see”.
But today half of leaves change color in Midorinuma marsh and Takiminuma marsh.
In Daigakunuma marsh and Kougennuma marsh 30 % ~40% leaves change color.
This weekend Midorinuma marsh and Takinuma marsh will be the best to see.
If you see Daigakunuma marsh and Kougennsh’ autumn leaves, please wait next weekend.
The shuttle bus starts to service from September 21th.
The road is very narrow and gravel road.
Parking around Kougen Onsen Sansou doesn’t have enough space.
When there are many users, please share with others.
Be careful to drive when you do there.

From Ginsendai to Mt.Akadake
On all trails we can see beautiful autumn leaves.
We recommend Daini kaen and Daisan sekkei are the best!
In a few days weather is not so good.
Take care yourself and bring something warm to wear, you can have a great time.

On Mt.Midoridake trail
From Daiichi hanabatake to Daini hanabatake leaves change their color
That is nice and beautiful.
On “Tasukino Kouyou” autumn leaves (Sorbus matsumurana) is the best time to see

From northweast slope of Mt.Kurodake to the top
Autumn leaves is now on the peak.
Near the Manekiiwa in 9th station we can see beautiful and bright and deep red leaves.

Around top of the mountain most leaves turn to red!
Now is the best time to see.
Please come and see beautiful autumn leaves.

From Kumonodaira to Mt.Hokuchindake
Autum leaves is the best time!
Almost leaves turn to red, near the Kumonodaira we can find some Sorbus matsumurana (Makino) Koehne dying.
