In Sounkyo gorge the place that is the high elevation was covered with snow.
In this morning it snowed at Sounkyo onsen town.
Now it is cloudy.
The temperature stays low.
When you visit to see autumn leaves, please warm yourself up.
If you drive Mikuni touge pass or Sekihoku touge pass,please check the late information.
The road is slippery.

The entrance of Momijidani walking path is good time to see Autumn leaves.
(But some of leaves fell down.)
Last time we told you, there is forest fire little far from Momijidani.
You can see beautiful red leaves only around the entrance.
You cannot enter the walking path.
And at Sounkyou gorge the leaves keep their color, it’s so beautiful.

Today ‘s Sounkyo Gorge is very good to see Autumn leaves.
Some leaves turned to brown, most of leaves are so beautiful to see.
Today is very windy, so the leaves are overturned.
Blue sky and red and yellow leaves are very beautiful.
Today’s temperature stays high.
But in the morning and in the evening the temperature is really low, about 1℃～9℃. .
It is really cold.
Please warm yourself up and hurry up to see autumn leaves, or autumn leaves will fall down.

Yesterday It snowed on Daisetsuzan Range
As the photo shows, Mt.Kurodake is covered with snow.
(yesterday at the place that is a low elevation it snowed)
On the bottom of the mountain it is good time to see Autumn leaves,
but on the top of the mountain winter has come.
You cannot climb up the mountain easily.
You need winter gear.
We do not recommend to climb the length of Daisetsuzan.

Weather forecast says in a few days it will be windy and snowy.
If you drive the Mikunitouge pass or Sekihokutouge pass, please check the latest information.
