Snow is thawing.
From the entrance of Mt.Kurodake trail there is still 7m snow, after 7th station’s sign 25m snow left (hikers have to climb straight on the snow), 3m snow, after 8th station sign there are 5m snow and 5m snow.(after here there is no snow on the trail around the 9th station and the summit.
In particular after 7th station sign 25m snow is dangerous to slide down.
Today around here hikers was not able to climb down ,and required to help.
Other trail is not so dangerous now.
But hikers still need to be careful falling through under the snow, walking muddy and slushy trail and flooded trail.
They are very difficult to walk. You need full equipment.
Around 9th station of Mt.Kurodake “Ranunculus acris var. nipponicus” “Trollius riederianus var. riederianus” are spreading out to bloom.
From the top to Kurodake Ishimuro some flower is blooming , withering, and the other is budding.
Depending on the weather in the future, bad weather is not good for flowers.

Today’s Akaishi river is calm and the flow is not so much.

Today’s temperature didn’t rise. (in the early morning 5°c~8°c on the 7th station of Mt.Kurodake) around summit it was chilly. We needed something warm to wear.
