Tamias sibiricus lineatus

We met “Tamias sibiricus lineatus” at Mt.Pon kurodake for the first time in a long time.
We are wandering that they are increasing.
They dug the land and found food that crows hide in the ground.
They ate them.
Today we heard “Northen Pika” crying here and there.
They will please hikers.
*The other day we confirmed a young brown bear near Mt.Pon kurodake.
And also we confirmed at Daiichi kaen of Mt.Akadake and at Daiichi Hanabatake of Mt.Midoridake.
Daisetuzan mountains range is brown bear’s habitat.
Especially this time brown bears are walking to find food everywhere.
Please be sure to bring a bear bell or whistle.
