At Takamatudai on the 5th station of Mt.Kurodake “Cerasus nipponica var. kurilensis (Miyabe) H.Ohba” are still blooming.
Now is end of June, most of them finished.
As shown in the picture,
“Weigela middendorffiana” and “Rhododendron albrechtii” and “ Trollius riederianus var. riederianus” are blooming.
At 5th station of Mt.Kurodake you will see “Tamias” and “Ficedula narcissina”.
When getting on the rift for 15 minutes, you will see big communities of “Primula cuneifolia Ledeb. var. hakusanensis Makino” and “Geum pentapetalum”
And as soon as getting to 7th station, you will find “Tamias”.
Now you can see many seasonal flowers and wild birds.
If you think that clinbing is difficult, how about walking “Kamui forest trail course”?
It takes 15min for one way to walk.
But you can see Mt.Kurodake easily and safety.
We recommend this course.
